• Quiz data: When you complete the "Find My Match" quiz, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), age range, treatment type, fertility diagnosis, journey stage, timeline, location, budget, priorities, NHS eligibility details, and your contact consent preference. We also store which clinics you were matched with.
• Enquiry data: When you submit an enquiry about a clinic, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), treatment interest, and any message you include.
• Review data: When you leave a clinic review, we collect your name, age group, treatment type, outcome, funding type, and your review text.
• Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device type. This data cannot identify you personally.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to make the site function and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. See section 7 below.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Some information we collect — including fertility diagnosis, treatment type, and NHS eligibility — may be considered health-related data under UK GDPR. We process this data solely to provide you with relevant clinic matches. We do not use it for any other purpose and we handle it with additional care. This data is only shared with a clinic if you explicitly consent.

If you consent to being contacted, we share your name, email, and phone number with your top-matched clinic only. We do not share your data with any other clinic or third party unless required by law. Your diagnosis, quiz answers, and other profile details are never shared with clinics.

Quiz lead data and enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. Approved reviews are retained indefinitely as published content (your first name only is displayed publicly). You can request deletion of any of your data at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time (for clinic contact sharing)
